Due to growth and expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile all-round employee to join our team. With us, we combine craftsmanship with the latest trends and technologies. We offer our customers not only a wide range of glasses and sunglasses, but also excellent service in our store and via our webshop.
Job description:
As an Allround Employee you have a varied role where you work both in the store and behind the scenes for the webshop. You are responsible for helping customers find the perfect glasses, processing online orders, and keeping track of our stock.
Activities:
-Advising and assisting customers in the store with the purchase of glasses and sunglasses.
-Handling cash register operations and customer payments.
-Processing and shipping online orders.
-Keeping product information up to date on the webshop.
-Support with inventory management and replenishment of store stock.
-Contribute to a neat and attractive store presentation.
Answering customer questions via telephone, email, and chat.
Job requirements:
-Affinity with fashion and an eye for style.
-Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
-Good communication skills.
-Flexibility and willingness to work both in the store and for the webshop.
-Available for +/- 24 hours per week (hours in consultation). Minimum two Saturdays per month.
