BXTR Metal pays homage to Baxter Street, a popular Los Angeles skate spot that consistently showcases style and authenticity, just like this frame does. This shield sunglass is the result of a close collaboration between Oakley®’s design team and friends of the brand, with the desire to bring a unique twist to lifestyle eyewear. The modernized temple of BXTR Metal is inspired by Oakley’s original Razor Blade sunglasses.

The frame is special because of its metal temple, which pays homage to the prototype of Oakley’s first sunglasses, which were made using a metal coat hanger and a ski goggle lens. The BiO-Matter®* frame provides all-day comfort and lightweight durability, while Unobtainium® nose pads provide added grip.
