Most glasses are in stock, the delivery time is on average between 24 and 48 hours. If glasses have to be made especially for you or we do not have the glasses in stock, the delivery time is on average between 7 and 14 days. If that If so, you will of course receive a message from us.

We request you to return the package to us as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Products that have already been worn cannot be returned.
Returns will only be accepted in the original undamaged packaging
and the product itself must be undamaged. Your purchase amount will be refunded after proper receipt
